Transport Services

Whether it’s passengers or freight that are being transported - health and safety is an important consideration. So it is no surprise that many regulations exist to protect employees, customers, the public, as well as the environment. For example: The Health and Safety at Work etc Act 1974 is the primary legislation covering occupational health and safety and the The Carriage of Dangerous Goods and Use of Transportable Pressure Equipment Regulations 2009 place duties upon everyone involved in the carriage of dangerous goods, to ensure that they know what they have to do to minimise the risk of incidents and guarantee an effective response.
