Overwater Geotechnics

ESG provide experienced geotechnical and geological engineers to deliver the most appropriate site investigation data on large and small overwater projects. We undertake nearshore and inland waterway work as well as off-shore marine using a wide array of specialist floating vessels and jack ups for drilling, sampling and probing.

We cover the complete range of geotechnical techniques; from deep boreholes with high quality down-hole sampling and in situ testing to rotary coring of the seabed, vibrocores, in situ cone penetration testing (CPT) and other specialist testing.

The testing of soil and rock samples can be performed both off-shore and on-shore in UKAS accredited laboratories with fully documented chains of custody and controlled storage of samples.
