Environmental Scientifics Group delivers services through one legal entity

Environmental Scientifics Group (ESG), the UK’s leading company in Environmental Compliance offering inspection, testing and consultancy, is pleased to announce that effective immediately, it has reorganised its structure to deliver all its services through one legal entity – Environmental Scientifics Group.

In summary, the following changes have been made

• Environmental Services Group Limited will change its name to Environmental Scientifics Group Limited. Its registered number will remain the same (02880501).
• Environmental Contamination Sciences Limited (ECS) will change its name to ESG Asbestos Limited. Its registered number will remain the same (04951688), and will be providing asbestos services in accordance with the newly introduced Health and Safety guidance HSG 264.
• The business, assets, liabilities and employees of Scientifics Limited will be transferred to its sister company Environmental Scientifics Group Limited (02880501).
• The business, assets, liabilities and employees of Precision Monitoring & Control Limited (PMC) will be transferred to its sister company Environmental Scientifics Group Limited (02880501).

In addition to the change in legal entities, and following the recent acquisition of the Geotechnical and Testing Services from Bureau Veritas, ESG has reorganised its divisional structure to add a fourth division.

ESG offers a complete solution for all legislative and regulatory environmental compliance from the ground up. Its divisions cover Geotechnical Services, Environmental Safely Compliance, Laboratories and Analytical Services and Materials Testing.

This next stage of our development allows us to streamline the trading relationships with all our clients, especially when clients are purchasing multiple products and services from different divisions. Our leading brands, Soil Mechanics, TES Bretby, PMC and CL Voelker will remain.”
