Acquisition of Geotechnical and Testing Services Division from Bureau Veritas UK Holdings Ltd completes

Acquisition consolidates ESG’s position as the UK market leader in Environmental Compliance
Following the announcement on 10 November, the Environmental Scientifics Group (ESG), the UK’s leading Environmental Compliance company and a member of the Inspicio Group, has completed the acquisition of the Geotechnical and Testing Services Division (GTS) of Bureau Veritas UK Holdings Ltd for an undisclosed sum. The acquisition will strengthen each of ESG’s divisions – Geotechncial and Energy, Laboratories and Analytical and Environmental Safety Compliance by expanding its national coverage and UKAS accredited laboratory network. It also underpins ESG’s intention to be a true ‘one stop shop’ for environmental inspection, testing and consultancy services.
